AKSHARIKA 2026 celebrated in a grand manner

“Aksharika’26”, the national level inter-college festival jointly organized by Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology and Akshaya College of Science, Kinathukadavu was celebrated in a grand manner on Saturday, 28 February 2026 at the college auditorium.

The function was graced by the presence of Dr.S.Kapilan, CEO, Akshaya Institutions, Dr. S. Rajasekhar,Director, Akshaya College of Arts and Science, Dr.M.Nirmala, Principal, Akshaya College of Arts and Science, Dr.R. Joseph Xavier, Advisor, Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology, Dr.R.Ravindran, Principal of Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology and Dr.K.Sivasankari, Vice Principal, Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology

The function witnessed the presence of the special guests namely Mr. Aavudaiyappan, Celebrity Anchor, Tamizha Tamizha, Zee TV, Ms. Vilasini, Film Actress and Singer, Mr. Shibi T.S., Playback Singer & Vijay TV Super Singer participant and Mr. Sarath S. Mathew, Entertainer, Zee TV. All of them delivered enthralling performances that set the vibe for the cultural fest. While Mr. Aavudaiyappan, shared inspiring views on social responsibility of the youth, Ms. Vilasini, Mr. Shibi T.S and Mr. Sarath beguiled the students by singing various songs in their melodious voices.

The essence of the event was the cultural competition among students. Students from different parts of the state enthusiastically participated in the event and showcased their talents. More than 150 students from more than 15 colleges participated in the event. They participated in competitions namely group dance, photography, Singing, Adapt Tune, mehndi decoration, facial decoration, speech competition, poetry competition and costume parade to showcase their unique talents. These events brought out the talents of the students and also captivated everyone. The winning performers from other colleges were awarded certificates and cash prizes. The participants appreciated the well organised events and the celebrity attractions while the students of Akshaya Institutions enjoyed the vibe of the national level art and culture event. The entire events were coordinated by a meticulous team of faculty coordinators and students from Akshaya Institutions.
