Valedictory Ceremony of Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme Held at KV Institute of Management and Information Studies
The Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme organized by MY Bharat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony at KV Institute of Management and Information Studies in Coimbatore.
The Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme organized by MY Bharat (Mera Yuva Bharat) under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, concluded with a grand valedictory ceremony on March 13, 2026, at the KV Institute of Management and Information Studies, Coimbatore.

The programme, conducted from March 9 to March 13, 2026, brought together youth participants from different states to promote cultural exchange, national integration, and leadership development.
The valedictory function began with a welcome address by Dr. C. Kumar, Managing Director of KV Institute of Management and Information Studies. He appreciated the initiative for providing a platform where young people from diverse backgrounds could interact and learn about India’s cultural diversity.
The event also featured felicitation addresses by distinguished guests, including Shri K. Joel Prabhakar, District Youth Officer of MY Bharat – Coimbatore; Dr. S. R. Madhan Shankar, Founder and CEO of Ashwinis Herbs and Foods and Director of Rashmivat Edutech Pvt. Ltd.; and Shri R. Maheshwaran, Accounts and Programme Supervisor of MY Bharat, Coimbatore.
The valedictory address and certificate distribution were carried out by Dr. Prasanth, IAS, Assistant Collector of Coimbatore, who congratulated the participants and emphasized the role of youth in nation-building and social development.

The ceremony was further enriched by vibrant cultural performances by students, showcasing traditions from different parts of India through energetic dances and cultural presentations. The performances highlighted the spirit of unity in diversity and were widely appreciated by the audience.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. M. Vidhya, Principal of KV Institute of Management and Information Studies, who expressed gratitude to the chief guest, MY Bharat officials, faculty members, volunteers, and participants for their contributions to the success of the event.
The Inter-State Youth Exchange Programme served as a meaningful platform for young people to celebrate India’s cultural diversity while strengthening friendship, leadership, and national harmony.
