No LPG Cylinder Shortage in India, Says Union Minister Piyush Goyal
Union Minister Piyush Goyal clarified that there is no shortage of LPG cylinders in India and warned against the spread of misinformation amid global energy uncertainty.
Union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal has clarified that there is no shortage of LPG cooking gas cylinders in India, despite the current uncertainty in global energy markets.
Addressing concerns about supply disruptions, the minister stated that false information is being spread about a possible shortage of LPG cylinders in the country.
He emphasized that the government is closely monitoring the situation and ensuring that the supply of cooking gas remains stable for consumers across India.
Goyal’s statement comes amid global concerns over energy supply due to geopolitical tensions and fluctuations in international crude oil markets.
The government has assured that adequate stock and distribution systems are in place to prevent any disruption in LPG supply for households and commercial users.
