The International Cricket Council (ICC) has issued a warning to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) regarding its participation in the upcoming T20 World Cup matches scheduled to be held in India.
According to sources, the ICC has asked Bangladesh to confirm its participation by January 21. Failure to provide a response within the stipulated deadline could result in Bangladesh being removed from the tournament.
The warning comes amid uncertainty over Bangladesh’s stance on playing matches in India. The ICC has emphasized the need for timely confirmation to ensure smooth scheduling and logistical planning for the global tournament.
